Via USB to recorder    

(Please format a 64Gb or less USB as FAT32 first)

1. Insert USB stick into either USB slot on the recorder.

2. Login using pattern or username and password.

3. On the pop-up window select "File backup"

4. Then choose:

• Channel number
• Start time and end time the event occured between
• Event type (Alarm, Motion, Intelligent, General, PoS)
• File format (Choose MP4 to play video in VLC media player)

5. Click search to find recorded footage on hard drive.

6. Select the footage required  and click backup (bottom right) to save to USB.

Via PC (connect to same switch or router)

1. Using Microsoft Edge (In Internet Explorer mode), login to the recorder using it's IPv4 address (found under Network > TCP/IP)

2. On the main menu, select backup.

3. Then choose:

• Path (The location on the PC where you wish to save)
• Channel number
• Start time and end time the event occured between
• Event type (Alarm, Motion, Intelligent, General, PoS)
• File format (Choose MP4 to play video in VLC media player)

4. Click search to find recorded footage on hard drive.

5. Select the footage required and click backup (bottom right) to save to PC.
