1. Right click and select menu.

2. On the login screen click on the question mark to the right of the password box.

3. Choose "email" from the reset type drop down (If the email address box  is blank enter an email address) and click next.

4. Open the DMSS app on your phone and press the "Me" circle at bottom right,  then Tool Manager and Device Password Management.

5. Scan the QR code displayed on the recorder monitor (If it scans successfully, you will receive a security code into the chosen email address)

6. Enter security code into the box on screen marked "security code" and you will be prompted to create a new password.
