1. Connect keyboard via RJ45 to same network as recorder (via switch or router) or direct to PTZ.

2. Power up keyboard. You will see the following
3. Hit setup on keyboard (user is admin, password is 888888)
4. Go to menu settings > System > Network
5. Ensure DHCP is Off (joystick right) and press enter.
Give the keyboard an IP address matching the range of the recorder, then same subnet and gateway. (these are found in the TCP/IP screen of the recorder network settings)
Port stays as 37777
6. Press Escape and choose zone and Ente
7. You will come to following screen.
8. Press Esc and select Zone Control
9. When prompted for ID, Press 1 and press enter, it will show connecting and will connect to the PTZ via the switch
You will then see the below image which means you can control the PTZ via the joystick
Adding PTZ Camera Directly to NBK1000
1. If the added device is a standalone PTZ camera, the type needs to be set as "SD".
2. Select, "Zone Control" and press, "Enter"
3. Input the ID that you created earlier, and press, "Enter"
4. You can move the stick to control the PTZ and no additional buttons need to be pressed on the keyboard.
5. If the stick is moved and the PTZ is not moving, try rebooting the PTZ camera and try again.
