To allow alerts through DMSS:

1. Open DMSS and press the three dots to right of the recorder, select "Device Details"

2. Select "Multi Channel Alarm Subscription" or "Notifications".

    Press tab once to enable

3. Select event (Motion, SMD, IVS etc...) and then the chosen cameras.

4. Press save.

Providing the phone settings allow DMSS alerts to come through, these will work once the rule/s are triggered.
